Privacy Code), the right but not the obligation to exploit in whatsoever way of communication (e.g. tv - satellite tv- radio- internet-phone- mobile phones- UMT, GPRS, HSDPA etc.. - available through download and/or streaming, by using analogical/digital systems: DVB-T, DVB-H, DVB-X, etc, online, offline, in the original format or in zipped format) or future means, in whatsoever way (encoded or not, for free or by payment) the herewith attached content/s, in part or as a whole, even if re-edited according to the DSCT (by the consultants/suppliers working for the DSCT), without limits of duration, passages, territories, through partial or total cessions towards third parties. All the abovementioned rights of the DSCT are accrued from the receipt of the content/s. For this reason, the consent demonstration is implicit in the availability of the DSCT, the content/s and are granted to the DSCT irrevocably and for free.<br/><br/><br/><br/>I, the undersigned grant the following:<br/>- I haven't granted to third parties rights in contrast with those granted to the DSCT;<br/>- I have been fully entitled an legitimated and have all the needed releasing signed by the people concerned and in charge to grant rights to the DSCT,<br/>- I have paid all the expenses and burdens of any kind to those people included in the content/s or who have participated to their issue (as actors, directors, operators, wardrobe assistants, phonics, photographers...)<br/>- the content/s doesn't/don't include direct, indirect, subliminal advertising and nothing that can violate the regulations (laws, directive ...) or rights. <br/><br/>The undersigned won't claim the DSCT about any request related to all what concerns the way the DSCT or someone on its behalf will use the content/s according to the abovementioned, by releasing from obligation the DSCT from any action or request that can be moved by third parties also for the right of action where it is an offence.<br/>I am aware that according to the art. 13 the Legislative Decree of June 2003 nr. 196, illustrating the Code about personal data protection, the date submitted with the current document will be used by you with or without electronic means or any possible software for the aims linked to the management/promotion of the community, of the website http://www.joinitaly.com and, in general, of the DSCT. The submitted data will be filed and archived in compliance wit the Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003 and will be, eventually, reused in the same ways as mentioned above. <br/><br/>I take note that the personal data treatment can be carried out by juridical or natural persons, who act as People in charge or as officers duly appointed and trained on behalf and in the interest of the DSCT by giving specific elaboration services or by carrying put related support activities. These data will be treated in Italy as well abroad if DCST's consultants, suppliers and outsourcers have: offices, tools, equipments, elaboration data centres and whatsoever allocated outside Italy. <br/>I am aware that my consent to the treatment is implicit at the submission of the content, concerning all the treatments subject to the activity of the website http://www.joinitaly.com and to the functioning/management/spreading of the community. I am aware I can exercise the rights envisaged by the art. 7 of the legislative decree nr. 196/2003.<br/><br/>I am aware that submitting the contents has the aim to share tourist experiences (or related experiences, according to the unchangeable decision of the DSCT and of the staff managing the website and community activity) with the other members of the community (all the people who participate to the initiatives of the web site, discuss on the forum and exchange opinions...).<br/>I am aware that the chance of the other members of the community to view the contents is implicit in the sharing stage and that at the moment criteria/tools to limit the view/fruition of the contents to some members are not envisaged. For this reason, all the community members have the same rights to view and to local download the contents, by using them afterwards without any control activity (control of the treatment on the content uploaded/shared) by the DSCT, that cannot be responsible for misuse of shared videos, that other member could perform (e.g.: publication on third websites, submission to people out of the community).<br/><br/>I take note that, by the effect of the law, the owner of the data treatment is the DSCT with registered office in Rome, via della Ferratela in Laterano n.51.
